ON PROPANE TANK DELIVERIES

Do I need to be home for delivery?

No. You don’t need to be home for delivery. However, your tank must be available for exchange by having it placed by your front door, or front porch. If your tank is not placed visibly out front a $10.00 delivery fee applies.

Will the new tank be connected to the grill?

At this time we do not offer tank connection.

Do I have to make a long term commitment?

No long term commitments apply.

Are the replacement tanks in good condition?

Our tanks allow you to grill with confidence. All tanks are cleaned, inspected, and filled to 15 pounds.

Will I be notified of the delivery?

Yes. If you request to be notified of delivery a photo will be sent via text.

Are there any conditions that will prevent a tank exchange?

We will only exchange tanks if they are in acceptable condition. The order will be cancelled if the exchange tank is not in good condition. The delivery fee still applies.

Where do I place my empty tank?

Place your empty tank on the front porch, or beside the front door. If the driver arrives and no tank is there, the delivery is cancelled. The delivery fee will still be applied.

Can I have the new tank placed on the back porch or side door?

Yes. There will be an additional charge.

Will you disconnect my old tank and connect the new one?

We will not disconnct or connect tanks. If your tank is still attached then there will be no exchange. The delivery fee still applies.

Will you deliver at exact times?

There are no exact delivery times scheduled. Deliveries will be within 48 hours of completed orders.
