No. You don’t need to be home for delivery. However, your tank must be available for exchange by having it placed by your front door, or front porch. If your tank is not placed visibly out front a $10.00 delivery fee applies.

Our tanks allow you to grill with confidence. All tanks are cleaned, inspected, and filled to 15 pounds.

Yes. If you request to be notified of delivery a photo will be sent via text.

We will only exchange tanks if they are in acceptable condition. The order will be cancelled if the exchange tank is not in good condition. The delivery fee still applies.

Place your empty tank on the front porch, or beside the front door. If the driver arrives and no tank is there, the delivery is cancelled. The delivery fee will still be applied.

We will not disconnct or connect tanks. If your tank is still attached then there will be no exchange. The delivery fee still applies.

There are no exact delivery times scheduled. Deliveries will be within 48 hours of completed orders.
